April Blessings and New Beginnings.
Good morning, friends,
April has arrived with all the beauty of a growing season, and it feels like the perfect time to pause and share a little from my heart.
✍️ At the Writing Desk
I continue to spend time with Friendly Fire, a story that remains very close to my heart. Each chapter feels like uncovering another layer of truth, memory, and grace.
Writing this book has been both challenging and deeply meaningful. I often find myself reflecting on how stories can help stitch together the torn places in our lives and in the world around us.
🌷 Life in Bloom
Outside of writing, this season truly feels like a time of growth.
My garden is beginning to come alive with tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, herbs, and flowers. There is something so hopeful about tending growing things in the springtime. Watching new life emerge from the soil feels like its own kind of quiet miracle.
Family life continues to be full and precious — the everyday blessings of being a wife, mother, grandmother, and caregiver keep my heart anchored in what matters most.
📚 What I’m Reading
Lately I’ve been enjoying time with good books, tea, and the comforting rhythms of home. I finished The Glass Castle by Jeanette Wells and Educated by Tara Westover. What are you reading this month?
Stories have always been companions to me, and I love sharing this part of my life with fellow readers. I’m contemplating the idea of putting together a book club.
🌼 Looking Ahead
In the coming weeks, I hope to share more behind-the-scenes glimpses into Friendly Fire, along with reflections from my writing desk and perhaps a special preview.
Thank you for walking alongside me in this season.
With gratitude,
Sarah Noble
